Jounieh Bay

Lebanese coastal town on the Mediterranean, about 10 miles north of Beirut. this is taken from the "Our Lady of Lebanon" shrine.

A gondola lift - what we call in French "téléphérique" - is seen on the left. It takes you from the city to the shrine and back.

- This is a three-shot panoramic [] [] [], stitched in Arcsoft Panorama Maker.
- Polarizer and ND-grad filter on the lens. (Shooting panoramics with a polarizer on is a big mistake. But cleaning the mess wasn't going to stop me from posting this )
- Levels adjusted, cropped, and sharpened in Photoshop.
- I thought the landscape needed some contrast to all the blues and greens; I specifically waited until the red gondola passed by so I could take the picture.
