Nothing really edited in this picture. Not even changing the levels; it's all in the filters.

Polarizer + red filter almost always gives you a pitch black sky.
a)The polarizer got the sky deep blue, removing all haze, reflections, and making the clouds ';pop'.

b)The red filter only lets reddish tones hit the censor, and since the sky's rays got almost 100% blue, it was all filtered out, so no light gets to the photo in that area, rendering it black.

c)The 'bleach bypass' filter was used as an alternative to 'saturated sepia', but you can do that one in different ways.

You're a filter wiz..I honestly have never really used filters too much...always a bit expensive it seems to get a decent set.
